STOP! And take a drink of water!

75% of adults suffer from chronic dehydration only drinking 2.5 cups a day on average. 

You need to be drinking half your body weight in oz a day to stay hydrated and no… your soda, coffee, or energy drink do not count!

Try adding in some electrolytes, lemon, or cucumber to spice it up.
