Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent Fasting means only eating during certain timeframes or “windows” throughout the day. A popular time frame is 16:8, meaning fasting for 16 hours and eating for an 8-hour window per day. An example of this is fasting from 6 pm-10 am daily. Intermittent fasting is a helpful tool for weight loss and reducing insulin resistance, hypertension, and cholesterol/triglycerides.
