Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance, but we are willing to provide you with any documents needed for insurance reimbursement.

What if I can’t get my lab work or paperwork filled out before my initial visit?
We would need to reschedule your visit to optimize time.

When do I have to pay?
Payment will be due prior to your blood draw and initial visit. However, we do offer payment plans fitted to your financial needs.

Do I have to pay all at once?
No, you do not have to pay all at once. Finance options are available.

What if I need specific labs/imaging not included in the standard lab work?
If you require special medically necessary lab work or imaging outside of the program, we will provide that service, however costs will be the patient’s responsibility.

If I pay for a package can I get medical advice for my child and/or spouse?
We can only give advice for current patients. However, if you would like, you can add your spouse and/or child for an additional discounted fee.

Do you offer acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, IV therapy or minor surgery in these packages?
We do not, but can refer you to qualified physicians. See the Naturopathic Concierge page for details of everything included in your package.

If I’ve seen you in the past but am no longer a patient enrolled in a program, can I pay for just a follow-up or prescription refill?
Yes, as long as you have been a patient in the past 6 months, otherwise additional lab work may be required.

If after a year of treatment I still want to keep you as a doctor, do I still pay the same price a year?
No, if you renew right away you will get a renewal discount.

I prefer text messages; can I text the physician instead of calling or emailing?
Unfortunately, no. Text messages are not HIPPA compliant. Email or messaging through your patient portal is the quickest way to contact your doctor.

What if I need more than 12 follow up visits in a year?
You would pay an additional fee for each additional visit needed.

Do you have a physical office that I can stop by and pick up supplements?
We have a physical office located in North Scottsdale. However all supplements must be purchased through Fullscript, which is our online medicinary.

What if I have an emergency?
In all emergencies, please call 911 first. However, call your doctor second.

How do I know if I’m a good candidate for PRP or liquid allograft?
Schedule a free 15 minute consultation over the phone. Our doctors will help determine if you are a good candidate.

Is imaging on a joint required before an injection?
No, imaging isn’t required before an injection. Imaging is discussed in the free consultation.

How soon after an injury can I get an injection?
You can get an injection the same day of an injury.

Can these injections be used for preventative reasons?
Absolutely, and it’s strongly encouraged.

What will I be limited to the day of the injection?
You will be able to walk and drive the same day of the injection and perform most normal duties. Minor restrictions to none.

How can I enhance my outcome after an injection?
The doctor will recommend a 30-day diet, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance your outcome. You will also receive post injection therapy.

Will I need another injection?
Each patient is different, and a second injection could be recommended at the 1-3 month mark.

Does it hurt?
Each patient is different in their perceptions of discomfort. Some patients report mild to moderate pain during the procedure, however, local anesthetics are used to make the process as comfortable as possible.

How long is the injection procedure?
Time will be spent before the procedure answering questions and explaining the process. The procedure itself is 20-30 minutes long. Time will also be spent after the procedure explaining post-care. Overall, expect to spend 1 hour with the doctor.

Do you use PRP in your injections?
Yes. We use your own body’s PRP to enhance healing outcomes.

Where does your liquid allograft come from?
The liquid allograft we use is sourced from planned donated caesarian births. The process is 100% FDA approved and regulated.
