Most payments will be due upon completion of any services rendered. However, we do offer payment plans fitted to your financial needs.

What if I can’t get my paperwork filled out before my initial New Patient visit?
Rescheduling your appointment would be recommended to optimize time as our paperwork is done online through our patient portal then reviewed by your physician.

No problem. We work with multiple labs and imaging facilities to ensure we can provide exactly what the patient needs.

Do you offer preventive care?
Yes. Whether you have a diagnosed ailment, just feel a little under the weather, or you are healthy and looking to be preventive, we will continue to provide natural therapies specific to your personal needs.

Do you treat kids?
We treat individuals 13 years of age and older. However, if your child is under the age of 13, we would be happy to recommend a naturopathic pediatrician.

How long is an office visit?
Most appointments are between 45min and 1 hour.

To ensure we are compliant with HIPPA, text messaging is available for non-medical advice only. Messaging through our patient portal is the most secure way to connect with your doctor for medical advice.

Do I have to come to your office to pick up my supplements?

If I can't make my appointment, can I do a Zoom call?
Absolutely, telemedicine is available to all established patients who cannot physically make it to their appointment, live out of state, or just find telemedicine to be more convenient.

No, imaging will be discussed during your initial consultation and exam. Ultrasound imaging is available in our office.

Regenerative medicine can be the same day of an injury.

There are minimal restrictions or down time with regenerative medicine. Most patients are able to perform normal duties without pain the same day as the injection.

Most regenerative procedures are accompanied by 4-6 weeks of post-care therapy to enhance your overall healing outcome.

Will I need a second or third injection?
Each patient heals differently. Additional injections may be recommended based on the age of the patient, current state of health, and the severity of the injury.

How long is the injection procedure?
The procedure itself takes only minutes. However, time will also be spent before and after the procedure going over your diagnosis, post-care treatment plan, and to answer any questions. Overall, expect to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour with your doctor.
